Get ready for an unimaginable, high-energy dining experience that goes way beyond the window. We’re parking the truck and opening the doors for a 7-course "Off-the-Menu" Tasting Event featuring items that haven't hit the streets yet.
The Experience
The Menu: A curated 7-course journey featuring experimental subs, innovative side items, and decadent desserts. These are unreleased concepts—your feedback might decide what makes the permanent menu.
The Vibe: We’re turning up the volume with some great music spinning all night to keep the energy high while you eat.
The Drinks: This is a BYOB affair. Bring your favorite craft beers, wines, or sodas to pair with the bold flavors of our kitchen.
The Vault Access: You aren't just a guest; you’re a co-creator. Each guest will receive a "Flavor Profile Card" to rate every course. We want your honest tips on seasonings, toppings, and names. Your feedback will directly determine which items earn a permanent spot on our truck's future menu.

Since this is an exclusive, limited-capacity event, your spot is only confirmed once the registration and payment process is complete.
The Registration Process
Step 1: Sign Up Below – Fill out the initial registration form to get your name on the list.
Step 2: Check Your Inbox – After submitting the form, you will receive an email with private payment instructions.
Step 3: Complete Payment – Payment of $90/per person must be finalized to secure your seat. If you do not receive an email with your tickets 3 business days after registration, than we did not receive your payment.
Step 4: Get Your Access Pass – Once payment is confirmed, we will send your official ticket and the full 7-course menu reveal!
Important Notes for Guests
Allergy Check: Our kitchen is getting creative for this event! Please follow all prompts in the registration form to advise us of any strict allergies or dietary restrictions so we can plan accordingly.
No Registration/Payment, No Entry: Due to the high demand and limited prep, we cannot hold spots without completed payment.
Confirmation: Your final confirmation email is your "golden ticket"—be ready to show it at the door.

Course 3 | A taste of our brand new flavor profile featuring an acidic but well balanced chicken on our perfect italian bread.
Course 4 | A spanish twist thats both bold, fresh and as tasty as they come.
Course 5 | A crispy but creamy masterpiece that will leave you speachless.
Course 6 | Three distinct variations of a brand-new secret item.
Course 7 | A decadent, unreleased dessert to close out the night.
